Great food for the price. Atmosphere is local sports bar and service is accommodating. Given the rural location, I observed that many customers knew each other either professionally or neighborly.

The Steakhouse burger is good, the beer battered chicken tenders good.... the thing I was really disappointed was the kid mac and cheese $7 for a very, very little portion and fries aren't included, my daughter is 10 not 3 make it worth the $7 we pay....

The food is pretty good and the atmosphere is nice. They used to have a bacon wrapped meatloaf that was fantastic but I haven't seen it in a while. The nachos are good as well but I would add beef or chicken next time. They don't have any gluten free options which would be a nice addition. All in all, I definitely recommend eating here. It is good.

Yummy food & good vibes!

YOU MUST TRY THE BERRY TART!!! My husband is probably annoyed because I am still talking about this incredible berry tart, served in a cast iron skillet with ice cream on top. It sizzles and tastes like a dream. I can't wait to come back. My chicken wrap was also delicious, but the tart was the star of the show. Go now! Get one. Seriously.

Make sure when you ask for something they don’t automatically give you the more expensive item. I ordered a breakfast burrito and when the food was delayed, we asked for it to go. They put the ultimate burrito in a styrofoam container and when we were at the car, realized why the bill was much higher than expected. We just wanted a simple easy to hold burrito to go. Hoped to get at least a refund on the difference. As we were late visiting my brother, we met him, he tried it to see if it was worth it...... It wasn’t. They wanted the whole thing back or nothing. Good luck with providing people with things they don’t want and charging them for it. Maybe the burgers are better but the ultimate burrito was not.

Had lunch at The P-Dub in Stallion Springs . Had a great Cajon Chicken Salad. The salad was great and the service was friendly, helpful, attentive and fast. Have eaten at both locations and love both. Love the selection on the menu great selection. Hope you try P-Dubs...Enjoy

Nice little place to go. The food is great and the waitress we had genuinely wanted to get us whatever we ordered after something was forgotten.

We happened to be passing through Tehachapi, and decided we'd go off the beaten path back into Stallion Springs for a bite to eat. We happened to stop in just as the locals were getting off of work, and got to experience probably one of the coolest dining atmospheres I'd ever seen.The waitresses knew most everyone that came in, with one of the waitresses being ready with "the usual" for some of the regulars. You know, the kind of friendly, personable behavior you only ever see on TV. The staff treated us warmly, gave some good meal recommendations, and were very prompt with their service.The Swiss Mushroom burger, suggested by Tessa, was probably the best I'd had, and wasn't super expensive, either! They offer a pretty decent range of "typical bar food," and even though they have a smaller selection than some places, they really know how to make the most of it.Ended up finding a hidden gem that I'm sure we'll make a habit of visiting if we pass through again. 👌

I give this buffet 5/5 because it has great quality food for an amazing price. My go to when I'm usually in Vegas is Bacchanal Buffet but after a friend recommended this place this will now be my go to spot. The total price was around 27, and that includes alcohol (beer, wine, and mimosas), and soft drinks. There were many options to choose from and they had a lot of vegetarian/vegan options. Lastly, customer service was on-point; they were super friendly. If you're in Vegas give this place a try!

Great food worth the drive to Stallion Springs in Tehachapi Ca.

Twice now have ordered hamburger medium, came out literally bleeding into the bun. Once is honest mistake, maybe a new cook. Twice is a pattern, especially since it was at two different locations. I ate it anyway, because it tasted good, but I was rolling the dice. First time it happened, waitress made it sound like I didn't understand what medium meant, took it back to cook longer, brought it back, no apologies or discounts, just a smug look. Oh well, done with them even though I think the food is alright.

Nice cozy place! The food is always fantastic, you haven't lived until you've tried the stinky Mac. They have a full bar and they make the most delicious desserts. Never had a better piece or carrot cake! Staff is friendly and welcoming. We make the hour drive quite often, just love P-dubs!

Their outside dinning set up is perfect. As usual the food was good . . . and a lot of it. Very friendly staff! One of our favs, really wish they still had the fried wonton appetizer though! And go on a Friday, their clam chowder is really good.

Good accommodations considering...

Decent food, good atmosphere. They have good burgers and sandwiches, and since its also a bar you can have a beer or mixed drink to go with your food. Staff is friendly. I pop in there for a late lunch about once or twice month.

The variety of food served blows my mind. It will take a long while to try the items on the menu that appeal to me. My opinion of this restaurant has definitely gone up. The atmosphere can be lively when sports games are being televised.

Broken glass chip in my drink; unapologetic server; obnoxious "regular" upbraiding her kid the entire time we were there. About the "only" place in this rural community and they play it to their advantage. Worth the drive to eat elsewhere.

I don't usually do buffets but their buffet was really good. I would definitely come back. The staff was great as well. We had a large party and they were able to accommodate us with our many kids easily and quickly.
